gundam converge: crossbone x-2
a while ago I purchased a gundam converge crossbone x-2 figure, and never got around to photographing it until now.
I am always amazed at how much detail these figures have for being so small, and out of my collection this one is definitely one of my favorites.

Gsight 1/350 scale zaku 2 and trailer
I was at a local store recently and decided to purchase this miniature set.
I really like this set and if I get the chance I will probably buy another one.

new project in the works
lately I've been much too busy to do anything to post about on here, but in the near future (hopefully in the next couple weeks) I will be working on customizing/modifying a figma into a mecha girl with the use of hg 1/144 scale gundam model kit parts, but as of right now I have no pictures to show that would help to explain what it is I plan to build.

kotobukiya modeling support goods trailer base 004 and customized hg 1/144 rgm-79gs gm command-space
I bought a kotobukiya trailer base that I'd been wanting for a while,
once it was finished I realized I didn't really have anything to put in
it to have it carry so I bought a hg 1/144 scale rgm-79gs gm
command-space (otherwise known as a gm command space type), I swapped
out a few parts on the gm because I wanted it to be a little bit more
custom.
what I changed:
the bottom half of the foot and ankle guard: from the gm
cold districts type
the right hand, gun and center chest piece: from the
gm sniper k9
the left hand: from the jackedge
the side skirt armor:
from the altron gundam
as of right now neither kit has been painted or panel lined and there
have been no stickers applied, although I might paint the gm later on
but for now I'm happy with it as is.

gf13-050nsw nobell gundam
a while ago I purchased a 1/144 scale nobell gundam, I had been thinking about buying one for a while and I finally decided to make a purchase.
when I purchased the model kit I was given a free bazooka with my kit, the bazooka also came with parts for modifying other model kits (mainly adapter parts for arm swaps), I couldn't think of any other model to give the bazooka to so I gave it to the nobell and personally I think it looks really good with it.
also rather than just taking pictures of the model kit, I decided to make a stop motion animated gif.

kampfer amazing
I recently started watching gundam build fighters and one of my favorite kits in the show is the kampfer amazing, so when I saw the kit for sale online I had to have it and I bought it right away, once it arrived I started building it, it didn't take me very long to finish it.
so once I finished building it I started taking pictures of it, it was a little hard to get the entire kit in frame so I had to move some parts and every time I moved it I took a picture to see if it fit in the frame, later on when I was going through all the pictures I took I noticed that some of them linked up nicely to make a basic animation, so I loaded them into a gif making website and made the above image.
I haven't painted, panel lined or applied the stickers to this kit, I'm happy with it as it is and I'm glad I bought it.

rebuilt gm
so after making the field repair gm that I wasn't very happy with I started looking around my house for the box which contained the parts I wanted/needed so I could build a new/better gm, once I finally found the box I wasted no time in starting a new build, I had been shown a picture of a gm that I thought would translate pretty well into model kit form:
this is not my image, it was drawn by DaiGuard78 on deviantart.com
once I found the image again (I had saved it in a folder), I decided to try recoloring it to look more like how I wanted it to look on the real thing, and I ended up with this:
I started with some minor tweaks (mainly just recoloring) and then I ended up redrawing a couple parts
in the end I decided not to try and make a cloak for the kit (because it'd be too much of a hassle for me), and I decided to just leave it bare, I view it as being somewhat of a early version (maybe a prototype) of the original mobile suit (the original artwork), after it was finished I ended up with this:
I didn't use a flash in the images
I mainly used gundam markers to paint this kit except for the red parts which I used some citadel blood red to paint (because I don't have a red gundam marker), I left some parts unpainted as to break up the colors a little bit, I really like how it turned out, a really spooky looking gm which I find really hard not to stare at as it stands out among my collection, all in all I'm happy with it and I'm glad I decided to make it.
parts used:
body: gm cold districts type
head: rx-79 ground war set (the gm head)
hands: gm sniper 2
scythe: gundam deathscythe hell
